Stay strand and EAT on
Stay strand and EAT onJason, just to be clear, Market Cap and Company Valuation are 2 different things….Market Cap is useful for potential investors as it gives an indication as to how many common shares have been issued…If you are basing whether to sell or not on Cap, then you should be long gone….we were at $48M last week as the cap is based on the value of each share…. Valuation is based on a number of indicators (Assets/Liabilities, Revenues/Profits) and so on…basically what the company is worth to a buyer or lender….
The stock dropping is the market being the market...it is pretty clear that there are 3 types of people on this board and in this stock…
1 – Investors (The Longs)
2 – Traders (The guys begging for news waiting for the stock to go up)
3 – The Shorters (The fear mongers trying to scare the Traders into selling at a loss)
I think we know who the Investors are. Those of us that aren’t worried about where the stock is at today but are focused on where we know the stock is going to be. I for one, will not be selling until my target is reached or until mid-2020 when we have 18 months of actual sales of recreational product, and when we should be running profits on a quarterly basis (depending on expansion).
The traders are the guys waiting for $1 and praying it gets there to make their thousands (or more) and bail. The shorters have balls and faith in their skills. The market is their casino.
We know that the potential revenues for this company exceed $100M based on their production capacity in the Pueblo facility alone…This company is a grower with insane potential. DO NOT SELL YOUR SHARES. Patience is key on this one.
