So I'm new to EATand from what I'm reading this is what I got, please correct me if I got any of these information incorrectly. 

Nutritional High will lease to Lakeside land and a building in Pueblo, Colorado ("Pueblo Facility") which qualify for marijuana cultivation. Lakeside will sublease the Pueblo Facility to Palo Verde, LLC ("Palo Verde"), a party which has applied to renew a Cultivation License in Colorado respecting the Pueblo Facility.

So Nutritional High only have land which qualify for MJ, while Lakeside will build the place, and Palo Verde does all the growing and selling?  So to me it just seems like Nutritional High is only a landlore for now.......or will they be in control the the final product or is that job for Palo Verde?
