Every Single Long Will Win

It is absolutely mind boggling that people other than day traders are taking profits this early. This is litterally the beginning of a multi-billion dollar industry. I've started investing in MJ very consevatively adding stocks 1 by 1 and have so far increased my Portfoli 5 fold. I do not plan on selling anything until at least 2020. 2020 is the year I expect to start seeing average returns vs the dream returns we have all been getting so far.

Lets look at the main arguments against the industry:

1 - Pot stocks are overvauled

This is 100% correct. But what most people don't realize is that these stocks will continue to be overvalued for years (until around 2020 when most experts predict the stock value will be a little more in line with actual company value).

2 - This is all speculation in an unproved industry

Again yes it is spectulation but it is by no means unproven. It was already more than proven in Colorado and then some. But I think the main oversight is the success of the black market. It has clearly been proven for decades and has only shown increase. To call this unproven is ridiculous. It is probably one of the easiest industries to make profit as there are many ways to ensure plant growth and/or proper extraction of active ingredients. 

3 - Weed is a bubble that is going to BURST

Again correct! But there will be no big burst. Only small bursts along the way based on hype driven gains which will NOT AFFECT LONGS.


It's human nature to panic sell, profit take and make descisions based on emotion. Much easier said than done but fighting emotions will be the most beneficial way to get ahead in this industry. Sure you can watch it day after day, try and play the ups and downs to make more money, but you risk high level of stress which causes panic sells and eventual chasing on the climbs. 

I'm just going to sit back and relax and watch yet another 5 fold increase of my portfolio by next year.

Currently holding THC, EMH, EAT (Been with EAT since the IPO), TNY, ACB, FFT and ACG. Sold off WEED and APH as I got in early and wanted to resturcture where I see higher potential short term gains.
