geodcan wrote: 2nd try is a charm???  I doubt it!   Just about anybody with a half-aszed effort could have pulled this off.  EAT failed miserably the first time around in Nevada.  One county banned pot and our team wasn't smart enough to move to the other county.  Lineage couldn't raise the money and here we go with Lineage again in Oregon or Washington.  I find it interesting that you think Nevada is going to  be the one for success for EAT but over on the TNY board you think that they should just stick with California and not take a run at Nevada.
