They are commited to acquiring Green Therapeutics, and are doing it strategically to reduce the dilution of our stock. It's not a coincidence they set the closing date 20 trading days after the start of the last big run up. Last month I wrote that I was wishing they'd do just that.. feed off the legalization hype to inscrease the stock price before closing the deal. That's exactly what they are doing. Very well orchestrated, and I wouldn't be surprised if they have other juicy news in the meantime to help. Oregon going live? What's wrong with taking over successful businesses to make more money anyway?
