The 20 day VWAP as of June 15 should price the issued common shares to Green Therapeutics at around 0.48 $CAD. I am looking forward to the closing of this acquisition, although it may take some time. They came through for Calyx and I believe it will be the same for GTNV. EAT always suffers during the summer, only to come back stronger each year.. and this time we actually have a lot to look forward to revenue wise.
