I'm not sure I totally agree with you.  The downtrend after the huge spike and decline in Q1 and 2 has been relatively stable in the low-to-mid thirties for several months.  For the moment, I think bigger money is watching this stock very closely but nobody wants to go on a huge up and down ride.  I don't mind it, personally, but I'm on my own.  
 

The waiting has been frustrating.  Especially when everyone wants to see this company demonstrate profitability before investing, meanwhile in Canada companies that may never see profit are making millionaires.  The US side of the market is being overlooked but I think attention will turn here when people realize that Canadian pot stocks are quite near their cieling.
