RE:RE:EAT closes Illinois deal, banks $3.5M USDDivesting non-core assets is a common way to raise cash while staying true to your vision. Origin House (previously known as CannaRoyalty) is an example of this and they are thriving. In fact, both these companies are quite similar as they both look to build a brand portfolio while controlling distribution. The fact that the management of NH is taking this approach reassures me that they know what will be valuable in the long term. I am glad they are focusing on the West Coast, it was a great sell IMHO.
