I have to agree, focus is critical. Going after everything under the sun is not a good strategy. Year/end results will definitely let everyone see under “Nutritional’s skirt” and either it will reign supreme or crumble. Anyone ever try and call those numbers on the monthly reports? Does management ever pick up (I’m not talking about directors, they have no actual insight to the business since day-to-day operations are not their mandate). I’m talking about a real heart-to-heart discussion about the grunt work and what’s the status of production.
