You clearly are being negative, they got rid of plus and added other companies that can allow them to have positive cash flow. As per the webinar in November their debt is not due for another two years . We should have had oils in Canada last year but chv did not acquire the liscence needed so bye. I love how you say red flags but they have yet to announce a private placement yet (they probably will), they have not layed off workers or sell assets in order to raise cash. I would wait for the next quarterly to see what is going on.
