If debentures do convert Read something about debenture holders having to pay premium since debenture conversion price is higher than stock price . 7 mill at .15 is 46 666 666 shares so eat will have over 400 million. minimum to do a raise is so if .05 I think?
kind of does seem like a reverse split would help them do a raise since they do need money . Maybe good financials will pop it to .05 ( past three months might still have $ from their past business from selling plus )
Time will tell . I'm still so angry at myself over this one .
