I don't know

I don't know what the deal is with the license but it seems that several levels of government, for some unknown reason, decided to cancel all temporary licenses in favour of new temporary licenses with concern for municipal zoning authorization in Cali.
Commonsense would suggest that the old licenses be grandfathered in until new ones were issued which raises the question of whether we ever had a license in California.  Cancelling all the old temp licenses would only bury administrators in paperwork and inspections while trying to re-license going concerns which imo should have priority if not the immunity idol.
My guess is EAT, being a new entrant to the Cali market might be at the bottom of the list for licensing and waiting on government to get their shyt together and clear the beurocratic redtape.  EAT isn't the only one for sure as Tinley seems to be stuck in the licensing process too and probably a hundred others applicants.  The number of licenses that have to sync up and inspections by various departments can only be described as a clusterfuch.  Shades of little Jeffie Sessions!  glta and dyodd
