Marley Naturals - Dockside Deal

Marley Naturals - Dockside Deal New post because issues with Stockhouse UI.  NH is still the licence holder to produce Marley Naturals and other brands in Oregon.  As part of their refocus, they sub-licenced these rights to another manufacturer.  What we don't know is whether or not they sub-licenced these rights at a profit or at cost, to simply ensure that their contractural obligations to Docklight were fulfilled.  It's also unknown if NH may assume the production rights again in the future.

They are the licence holder but they won't be producing for the time being.  Oregon is something they've pushed off in the future a ways.  I don't know how long it will be before the company starts talking about Oregon again.  It could be 6 months, maybe a year.  The priorities for NH now are very clear: California, Nevada and aquiring Palo Verde in Colorado.
