Gt & Chv/buzz deal

Gt & Chv/buzz deal

Management frequently talks about GT and how their operations and Management have become one. It is just a matter of time now .

. Eats plan is slowly falling into place .  Eat stated they planned to export through their JV with Chv/abba medix to buzz a long time ago . They also stated something like 'they are interested in Canada market but mainly because it allows for export' .

wonder what Eats NR will look like. If they will fund a built out at Chv facilities or possibly provide extraction equipment.

Also wonder if US goes federally legal if they will be allowed to export oils from their existing operations. This would be ideal ..

There are bigger & better funded LPs moving into extraction and larger extraction plays like VGW and LABS . I think EATs potential capacity with Chv is going to be rather small . Some folk are already wondering about longevity of pure extraction plays as larger LP do their own build outs .

CHV doesn't have that large of a growing capacity as it is . I think the $ to be made from exporting oils through this set up will be small and will require a good chunk of investment from EAT which bothers me .

if anything they have built a network and pipeline which may be more valuable than their products going through that pipeline currently . If a larger player was looking to buy EAT, (assuming eat keeps up with their previously stated plans)... the larger players could export larger quantities to Germany and then the rest of Europe through buzz.

All in all it's a good idea and plan but hopefully they have run the numbers to make sure it's viable and worthwhile. Would also like to see #s on capacity / output from their oil facilities.

Thoughts ??
