Beware, noticed the pre-mkt games this AM.

fake mkt bid, looked like it may open at 10.5 cts, only to see that bid dropped prior to trading, now this sits @ 7.5 cts.

I see they raised a decent chunk, looks to be struggling to close the second tranche'.
