I rarely havent seen anything like this too in more than 20 years. It stinks to a point that it feels like a scam or fraud is being committed with this convertible debt holder.

  so what's the reason behind the RS? 143 million shares outstanding isn't much. Companies usually do a split around 250-300 million outstanding shares.
