so what's the reason behind the RS? 143 million shares outstanding isn't much. Companies usually do a split around 250-300 million outstanding shares.

The reason is obvious man. They can't issue more paper at these prices so they reverse to issue at a higher price and supposedly make it more attractive for dummies willing to give this company more money
