But how much are you willing to put up to get the suite going? You can hold pipe dreams about getting a firm to take the case on a contingency basis, but you will find that such firms are not interested unless the company to be sued has a high net worth (as in many 10s or 100s of millions of dollars).
I know, I've looked into just such a matter regarding another company. Check it out yourself by calling a few or more of these specialists. Find them by googling securities "class action law firms" for US or Canada.
If you are highly motivated, be prepared to spend a lot of time making calls.
