RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The note holder looking to dump more........"...spent $90,000 on a Relations and Marketing Consultant?  Uhm, why?  Reyna is already doing that on your behalf."

Reyna can proceed almost at their own pace.  I don't think NL can afford to wait for them to help advance their stock price when they have a wholly-owned project, or have you forgotten about Secret Pass?  NL has no partner there at present.

I would suppose they have to raise their visibility in the market, perhaps on the back of work that Reyna is doing, and search for a partner for Secret Pass or do more work there to make it more attractive for a potential partner.  Alternatively, they could drop Secret Pass saving the expense of holding onto it.  That, however, would mean gambling their entire future on what Reyna Silver may or may not accomplish there.  Do you want that?  Isn't there an investment principle related to spreading the risk?  Is not advancing Secret Pass spreading the risk?

If I am correct in these observations, and I believe that I am, I have to expect that we will continue to hear about small financings of NL, at least to the point that we have news on "discovery" at one of their projects.

No biggie to me, anyway.  I only hold a thousand shares, which is just for adding interest to my substantial investment in Reyna Silver, who own/control multiple district-scale silver projects.

Good luck to the longs,

VP in AZ
