"Friend"? What are you talking about? Are you ascribing human qualities to joint ventures in business? No wonder you've sunk from an over-the-top pumper to a poor version of a basher.
Reyna Silver is at Medicine Springs for its own benefit, not its partner's. If they are interested in helping NL, that will come after the drilling results and not before.*
Keep your eyes open for news on drilling. If it's not good, sell as quickly as you can and don't look back - something you probably should have done while you were a pumper. Can we call this ignorance on parade?

* By the way, if drilling results are promising, Reyna could (not will) exercise their option to take down another ten percent interest in the JV. That may give NL enough to do some more work at Secret Pass without having to do another financing. Or Reyna could move to take out NL altogether. Of course, you could vote "no," hoping to have reason to continue complaining.
