Then, as to the share volumes last month, it is hard to tell what, if any, portion of that was "the investor," or tax loss sellers AND new buyers speculating on the Reyna purchase, or a combination of both.
Regarding the need to disclose purchases, I think up to 5 percent is the limit in the US and up to 10 percent in Canada. I don't think disclosure is required upon sale if "the investor" is not an insider. The important news was out this morning, and NLR gained 40 percent in anticipation of it. ...holding most of that today when many other issues are off.
