I am going to pass on this one

After weighing pros and cons I have decided to avoid nlr:
Pros:
Liquid assets in the form of Reyna Silver shares from sale of Medicine Hat that is worth around $3 million.
Very promising but still early stage Secret Pass exploration property
C$2 million market cap assuming around 80 million shares outstanding after the convertible debt is paid off.

Cons:
No insider ownership
Same incompetent management that destroyed 99% of shareholder value is still in charge
Burnt thru $3 million in cash in last 2 years, so their Reyna shares will last only 2 years.
Huge overhang of tens of millions of cheap shares acquired at 1-3 cents range.

I think Mexican Gold (mex.v) with similar fully diluted $2 million market cap and a PEA in hand showing 1 million oz AU equiv. is a better 2 cent play.

When you mention another company you like better in your critique of NLR, you reveal yourself as a biased promoter of the other issue.  Therefore, your credibility is highly suspect. O.k., so "pass on this one."   Go away.  You will not be missed. And on ignore you go.  [Click!]

share consolidation is painful for the average investor but it's extra painful when after the consolidation the company keeps issuing new shares and bloating up the share count all over again and the shareprice remains stuck at .02 with ongoing daily dumping.

What is going here, the bids are down to .015. Why does the price fail to break even a paltry .05 ? What are the bigwigs doing to fix the sad state of affairs ? Why not just do a big PP and drill the heck out of Tin Cup ? The float is going up each month awyways.

Smart decision. Management should be delisted aka bared from being a board member or manager of  a listed company.

They went from 14,000,000 shares after rollingback and now they are closing in on 44,000,000 in less than 1 year. What have shareholders gained from those 30,000,000 cheap paper issuance ? When will amateur-hour end and real work begin ?

What have shareholders gained from those 30,000,000 cheap paper issuance ? why nothing. What more can you expect from the three corporate raiding musketeers mascarding as professional exploration company executives?
