FACTUAL EXAMPLE
Technically, right now the note holder can easily crush it back to 0.005 if he wants. He can sell it down to 0.005 cents and issue a notice to NLR for new shares and NLR would issue him new shares at around 0.005 as long as he owns not more than 10%. After the issuance, he can sell all and request for more shares to be issued and it goes on and on .. This is the problem! As long as this problem is not addressed, anyone buying it is just not well informed.

that debt can not convert more then 20% or $12,500 max of the daily volume per day and with the lack of volume over the last few weeks it's unlikely any shares were converted.
