Their  HoldCo iloaned $ at a good interest rate, which also pays the owners.

IMHO the SP will go up when the Owners want to sell more shares.

I got out 10 years ago when the company enterred a retirement phase.

The other problem is there are not a lot of shares to be had.    That alone keeps any outside interest away.   The Watson's could have made this a much bigger and more successful company were it not for their small town backwoods approach to business.
