NexTech AR Solutions Corp. (the “Company”) for use at the annual general meeting (the “Meeting”) of the shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) to be held at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Daylight Time) on Thursday, August 27, 2020 and any adjournment or postponement thereof, for the purposes set forth in the attached Notice of Annual General Meeting. In order to comply with measures imposed by the federal and provincial governments related to the COVID-19 pandemic, and to mitigate risks to the health and safety of our communities, Shareholders, and other stakeholders, unless
we advise otherwise by way of news release and on our website (www.nextechar.com), the Meeting will be held in virtual only format, which will be conducted via telephone conference. Registered Shareholders and validly appointed proxyholders

(Event 14) (international). Registered Shareholders who attend the virtual meeting will have an equal opportunity to
