NTAR is actually progressing in the market place. You can tell that the different markets are getting into it, now it's a question of a race, who can scrape up as many deals right away. I saw the bids earlier this am as low as 0.71. I would not be surprised to see it go there, eventually it will be oversold. I would imagine that it already is in oversold territory, a chart tech could possibly confirm?
