Nextech3d.ai CEO just exercised his warrants to to purchase another 250,000 NTAR shares at $0.52 CAD after just purching 250,000 units with the private placement

There's been 3M sold in these past few days, he's not the only one exercising his warrants. Someone needs to explain this to me, if I sold 50K it would drop by 0.25, when they exercise their options or warrants it varies by 0.03, how does that work? Do they exchange with someone willing to buy those?

My bad I misread the filings the 250,000 warrants are given as part of the private placement with an exercise price of $0.52 CAD if the CEO exercise the warrants he will be paying $0.52 CAD for a total cost of $130,000 CAD

Ok thanks. I'm looking at bids, questrade is asking for 50K at 0.375 and 75K at 0.365. I believe those are pre arrangements, I suspect that he will get filled and if it's from 01, what would it mean, someone is shorting or Evan is distributing to a buddy?? Or am I imagining things?
