Hopefully, a move to NASDAQ will help reduce short selling as it is illegal in the US (although difficult to enforce) and still legal in Canada, for some reason.

Reasonable analysis, however his price valuations assign 0 value to both ARway and Toggle3D.  I would think that at least 20 cents a share should be added to his estimate of .66 as a current fair market value.

0.66 reasonable, yet Evan gives away 300K @ 0.26. So at 0.52 this company officer will have doubled her money. What is your situation at 0.52? Ok, if she has practically no salary I agree, but it would be a great bonus if she has a nice salary on top of that.

I remember when it was trading at 0.72, then Evan decided to give it a value of 0.42 by allowing a PP at that price, so the next day it dropped 0.30 down to the new value that he gave it. Now he is saying 300K times that it's worth 0.26. So based on the same logic it should go below 0.26 from now on. All we care about is the "exponential growth", where are those contracts or ...more

He can pump all he wants in interviews, but his actions are what really matters. 300K @ 0.26, then another company officer will want as much or even better, better is what 300K @ 0.20?
