I believe the financing is for new hiiring and new office in India. Insiders will take a lot of shares, no major contracts in near term, otherwise it would  constitute inside trading, that will be jail term for insiders.

The worst part is it will take soooo long to close it, where are all the believers? So they will control it around 0.10- 0.135 for those 3 weeks, they can't let it go too high, if it did they would need to refinance higher, heavens forbid!

I'm guessing Evan is (has been) selling through 01 to buy into the financing, the advantage is the warrants.
