Bids are building for a nice uptick on the close. Remember 10000000% those are Brokers shares on the Ask, tons of cross trading until Retail starts gobbling those Brokers shares. than those shares are in strong hands. 
But DANG NOT much up on the block  pretty thin to the @20'sss just need a little wind...a little more volume. Market will react in due time!
