Two headwinds: 1) NUR is dtill some ways from its 400 sites, by year end (2.5 months to go) and 2) if I'm not mistaken it needs to secure around $4M of its own funds IAW DFI funding agreement. If so, this last element may lead to some measure of dilution.Based on these, I expect the sp to go in low 0.50s to high 0.40s before year's end. This said, if NUR can scale up deployment of towers
