Accrued revenue $4.1 mil cdn.  No explanation. I assume Nuran will get to eventually bill Orange for the towers that are operating but are receiving no revenue until they meet some minimum level of operation.  
 




Accrued revenue is earnings from providing a product or service, where payment has yet to be issued to the provider.  Due to this, accrued revenue is recorded as a receivable owed by the customer for the business transaction.

On closer inspection, it may be due to the factoring agreement. Trade receivables down a bunch from last qtr.
