I will be 100 percent honest as i say this--I absolutely disagree with shorting and in the past I even hated it so much that it really bothered me. Despite strongly believing it should be outright banned I know that it will exist. Now here is the thing while my opinion about shorting hasn't and will not ever change my perspective as to my strong "hatred" towards it has gone completely away because as I have said I strategically trade but in a very odd way. I am a gambler/speculator not an investor experiementing on using various tactics and just loving to see how they go. I will not talk too much about that here or too much about anything else than what I have already said for my non qualified two cents worth--as quite honestly i am trying to stay off the boards as much as possible then to a 0 posting. I know what will and will not work for me and in time i am sure if people are looking to see clearly vs getting angry about the field that we play in and see objectively how to improve things they will find what works for them too.
For any who want to just talk bounce ideas off one another my door is always open to pms but I will ask confidentiality as to what we talk about and avoid blaming each other. I only tell things straight no games. If people want to play them as there is tons of gamesmanship on the boards that's between them. When i post i give my best opinion as a very lay person and my reasons as thoroughly as i can as to why I say things are good or not, however, I am looking to cut back drastically and potentially not post at all.
I kind of got started here but let's see where this end years in this regard and what happens in the New Year. Right now yeah i am favorable at the price point.
Look at the volume--people are definitely accumulating from 7.0 million to less than 1.0 million so while this is definitely being heavily shorted and not pricy it also means people can grab and hold and wait for the bounce up--overally the price is actually really good--again talking as a very lay person and the reason i bought in.
Why the price is low--managment is buying out Wow shares so it is costing monies as does production but it takes money to make monies. I honestly think for a penny stock to make 3.5 million in the year that is not bad at all most are making 0 revenue trading way too high or even less and that too on purchase orders and still trading way too high. As i said, if this company has several deals like this and shows a very healthy 20-40 gross profit margin if not more it is likely they it will first EBITDA positive and in time net profit but the margin has to be no less than 20 percent as i conservatively knock off another 50% of that to be more or less net.
I think this company can do really well but it also depends if it goes beyond recreational and natraceutical it also includes pharmaceutical joint ventures and analytics which esports softwares i would imagine draw from--so there is some work to go-- and for these reasons the price is justified for the lower side but because of the loi and possible acquisition which is actually not bad at all i feel these whould be around .15 so what we are seeing .11-.13 right now so what??? When things start to get legs and work the way they are intended it goes up--in other words short from not closing out the acquisition I don't think this is in a bad position the trajectory looks more up than down.
Anyways that is my two cents worth and as before when there is profit grab some of it or if there are loses take them a little faster make sure you always have some cash to use so that you feel you don't miss on opportunities and blame everyone and everything rather than not making moves to position and reposition. See my "hatred" for shorting led to all this and as far as recently i would be talking about manipulation and getting really annoyed by it but the truth once again is this if people kill the share value I believe it is worth more and I can make monies in the future even if i have to hold a bit I will say thanks for the cheapies but I will never short, however, I will strategically buy and sell in my own ways to buy sell trade and build.
