RE:RE:RE:Wow...... It traded today !Take more than 5 million shares. I just reread the agreement, 13 million shares issued at closing, 40 million issued at certain milestones. More options and warrants and "warrant shares" than i have ever seen. And everyone is getting in at 0.15 per share or less if you factor in the half share.
Only ones to get the new boat are the people structuring the deal.
I will give it 12 months and check back then. Hopefully we all get a new boat and i have no problem with someone's boat being bigger than mine.
