If you ever want to read something that says "hey we are taking your money and the lawyers say there is nothing you can do about it", take the 2 hours to read and follow the bouncing ball of that myriad of bullsh.t spewed by this management team.
LOI, SEA, LLC, CSE, Restricted SEA, Earnout Consideration Shares, RSU, PSU, finders fees, change of control, transaction value, change of control trasaction...blah blah blah. no where does it say anything about what the company is going to do to make this company produce money. Just says how the management will take it if it ever does make money. Crazy
I thnk i am going to ask CHatGPT to provide an update discussing of the progression of the company NEXCO and see what it says. Undoubtedly it will say, stop wasting your time.
