They are pusuing OTC and perhaps financing.
UBIKA ALPHa just started covering C.OILS who have just launched 

That's just the tip of the spear. 

Notwithstanding that LABS had a big spike Friday based on top line sales even though they lost a million dollars.

This is a big market and if the licence comes through in June/July  OILS will likely be $1.50 1.80   5 bagger from here.
