Was OILS even trading yet?
Has Canaopy put out a STATEMENT IDENTIFYING WHO THEY WILL AND WILL NOT DEAL WITH? 

How can you sign a contract or even a letter of intent with a company with no licence to produce?

Could such an agreement have put into jeopardy what OILS was doing at the time?

Who says they don't have a non-visible agreement? 

Don't be so simplistic!
