GW Pharma generates $577M a year in revenue and has a stable of upcoming prharmaceuticals. That's why it sold for $7B.
We are currently at the very beginning of our revenue growth and are no where near having a $1B valuation. It needs to be proven.
In relation to Greywood Partners "selling" the company I may have been incorrect in they were hired to find a buyer. They may have been hired to find the likes of "Glacial Gold" for an acquistition.
Maybe Jason couuld clarify for us.
