I personally work in enterprise sales and I can't imagine how their Director of Sales still has a job,. Even if he is a player/coach here they don't seem to be breaking any singificant new business over and above what seems to be a small deal every other quarter...Maybe someone can show him how to progress deals through different stages of a pipeline? Add to that the majority of stores I've been to in Torionto to inquire about GG, crickets. So our commission only sales arm is limited by the sku's they can shop around, or they also aren't doing enough, or both.
I'm guessing Chris, along with the rest of the sales team aren't being held accountable and by now I can't imagine why. I also don't personally know of a single director in my field making less than 250+,and that's even low. It would digust me to see this guy making even over150 with the current performance.
