so this is free biomass of 5000kg to be extracted and sold before 12 months? How much of the proceeds go to our supplier? How much kg of oil is 5000kg of biomass? Approx...?

I guestimate 85/15 split EVE/OILS.....             biomass gms 5,000,000   10% oil gms 500,000         rev @$30/gm 15,000,000   50 ...more

how much have you lost on LABS? Lol.

The math looks good - but I am just wondering why the assumption of an 80/20 split with NL getting the 20. NL has other similar supply deals and I don't beleive this is how they have it split. I understand that EVE is providing the biomass - but there is an oversupply of plant right now. At least they get to monetize their plant that they can't sell.

How can ISCFA through out those split numbers? maybe he's correct but if we're getting 10 - 15% of the revenue, that's not impressive. NL is doing all the work to process the biomass. Yes, the biomass is free and is a big part of the cost of production. But that biomass is worthless so giving away 80% of the revenue of a finished good is not a smart move. If the LP is getting 80% of ...more

OK, these 90% - 10% split numbers are pure speculation. No need to get upset on speculation. The funny thing: have a look to the Eve & Co. board where Eve & Co. shareholders are getting all pumped speculating Nextleaf is getting the best part of the deal on a totally speculative 50-50 split...

To me this seems like a win win on both sides.  The Grower (Eve) gets to monetize biomass that they couldn't sell and is perhaps going bad. NL gets to have free biomass (protecting them from price compression) and utilize their IP to extract the oil and sell it for split profit. This is an extremely low overhead way to make money isn't it?

The deal if you break it down with eve it's around 350 kilos a day for a year lol that's like 130 000 kilo if you count the weekend but I think nextleaf are on the path ubika researches predicted once the number come in bye bye evryone :-))))-)-)-)-)-)-)-)-)-)------)
Comment by allibabba on Nov 10, 2020 3:14pm
Where do you see that weed master.  It says 5000kg in the release.
Comment by Weedmsterbadger on Nov 10, 2020 4:17pm
Wen the 5000kg is processed its takes less then 2 weeks at full capacity well wen they do the contract says it automatically renews another 5000kg for a hole year  depending on how fast they process could put us at a lot of processed weed at the end of the year
Comment by allibabba on Nov 10, 2020 4:37pm
Yes that's true but they can also end the contract every time 5000kg is processed.  Keep that in mind.
Comment by Weedmsterbadger on Nov 10, 2020 4:43pm
I doubt they will end it tho it's a very good deal fron where in looking I think nextleaf will post revenues over a 100 million in 2021
Comment by Rm90090 on Nov 10, 2020 5:15pm
I am happy with this news - but it is mainly a supply agreement right? I think we should wait for actual revenue from this deal before we get overexcited. I think as a board we have already learned this lesson. jmo
