Does anyone have an Update on the Canopy GW Lawsuit?
Does anyone have an update on this lawsuit? I feel it is a major determination factor in the value of extraction IP going forward. Thanks

Haven't seen any updates but could be a long battle. Canopy losing the battle would be a huge blow to Canada. I love tech patents. They remain humble, no patent marketing. Just sales and profit. I don't know any other companies focused on advertising patents as much as Nextleaf.

...lumpy sales is not an excuse, does anyone think Jim Patterson got to be a billionaire by accepting a lumpy sales report from an employee? No!, he fired that person and hired someone that got the job done. A successful company doesn't accept lumpy!

I think the plan at work here is to aim for 1B or more for the sale of the company (just going by previous interviews with Paul). Sometimes I think this is a huge number but then I see what other Cannabis companies are going for and it makes sense. We wil see..

I've been here since April 2020...I'm starting to think you're on to something.I bought in at 0.24 a year later it's still 0.24 Maybe patents don't matter I though they had CBD gummies going out was expecting that to show up on Q2 update. But nothing I don't know what to to think anymore

And if you would have literally bought any other stock, in the cannabis industry or another industry, you would have at minimum doubled up. Likely, much more. Comes back to the opportunity cost. All i know is that if i hadn't been such a believer in NL, i probably would be retired right now. Dont do what i did.

i wonder how many job losses the cannabis sector had on the Canadian economy. I expect a lot more. The US is buying billions worth of mortgages again. Once the dire news gets into the market, weak companies are going to get crushed in Canada.
