Too Many Managers

Go to Linkedin and connect all the middle managers OILS has taken on. This was to be a lean and mean extraction platform (2-3 persons). It's know becoming very fat to the point that there is about (10) managers that are involved in Operations and Production.

Have you raised these questions to IR? I feel the patents are for an eventual buyout play, but without the sales the buyout play is non existant. I would like to hear more about this sales firm they have outsourced to. What are they providing to the company and what is their take on deals? How many deals have they provided so far etc.
