I hope you jump on every 10-15% gain in the market like it is going to be a takeover - you will be going broke real fast.  Give me a break - there are 10-15% gainers daily on a ton of companies daily and weekly on the markets.

I would say 99% it is nothing  - 1% takeout.   If you think it is 99% of the time it is a outright takoout  - then congrats you just graduated from JK.
