no change in production, no major problems.

scenerio #1
OPC drops to 1c. and declares bankruptcy. Creditors start filing. NXY gets completely tied up in lawsuits to run the plant. Can't run the plant so they just walk away.

Scenerio #2
NXY lets the OPC sit at 40c for 4 months and then send out an offer of 1NXY for 15 OPC. NXY pays off debt, then runs the plant at full steam and makes money hand over fist while tweaking to max.
