there has been no insider selling in the last 6 months.

Since Slubicki is saying that .12c is good for a shareholder, i would think that he was thinking that we would have got nothing if this sale didnt go thru. (if he was 100% honest).

All things aside though, i would rather have the warrants than 12c.  I still believe long lake is a huge resource with alot of potential and so does CNOOC.
