Great news License approved !A big step forward for Opti unfortunately they will soon find themselves in a position where they will have to do an equity raise. The market chewed through the .25 financing and awarded those holders.The .70 raise has left many of these holders underwater and to make matters worse they will face further dilution as my guess is the raise will be in the .50 level. I still believe in opti and will hold a full position through the financing.glta
