Great News Inspection of facilities.
Its just one of those markets where great news is met with selling. Opti have been executing their gameplan as discussed and the SP is down 30%. I fully suspect that many will look back and question themselves why they didnot buy shares at .47. The depth of this management team is an anomoly for a Micro stock on top of a business plan that offers revenue potential on two seperate levels.
