A question

an issue has arison for me after FS review. Why is the majority of AR longer than 60/90 days. naively on my part i thought if employees can g et their money instantiously then why XTM has to  wait 90 days? Obviously i don't understand who is paying them and how. I thought fintech co's were suppost to remove the fric tion between payment  timing.
i think this needs to be more fully explained
