VOYAGER DIGITAL CLOSES US$100 MILLION PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF COMMON SHARES
Voyager Digital Ltd. has completed its previously announced private placement of common shares of the company, raising gross proceeds of approximately $100-million (U.S.) at a price of $13.10 (U.S.) per share (equivalent of $17 (Canadian) per share). The Offering was led by Stifel GMP, as sole agent and bookrunner (the "Agent"). For their services, the Agent received a 7% cash commission.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for general corporate purposes.

This additional capital will allow Voyager to execute on the Company's growth strategy including new user growth, international expansion and new product introductions.
