I said this is Sept:

"They have a hail mary chance in this new sales lady. if she has the proper connections and the product is as advertised, they have a chance. Otherwise, it is game over..re-organization or bankrupt"

Looks like that did not work out and now they are re-organizing with another company to try and salvage all thise stock options and cheap insider shares.
Where are the days when insiders formed a company to sell a product or service and not to engage in share manipulation and excessive benefits. Long gone...
